I went to a very large food exhibition yesterday at the ExCeL (sic) arena in Docklands. Having spent about 1.5 hours on a tube, then another tube, the Dockland Light Railway and finally a short walk to the arena from the DLR station, mother nature was calling me.
One of the most paramount things in food production, sales and distribution and the general handling of food is hygiene; especially personal hygiene.
Conducting a straw poll of how many gents washed their hands after using the urinals I came up with about 40% !!
I was shocked !
As I understand it, urine is sterile - see this link...
